Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services of BMT Beaumont Masonry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. Services Provided
BMT Beaumont Masonry provides professional masonry services including but not limited to brick repair, chimney work, stone installations, retaining walls, and related masonry services. All work is performed by licensed and insured professionals in accordance with local building codes and industry standards. Service availability may vary based on project scope, location, and scheduling.
Estimates and Pricing
Estimates provided are based on information available at the time of inspection and may be subject to change if additional work or materials are required. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service or modify pricing if project conditions differ significantly from initial assessments.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property and any known issues. You must ensure access to work areas and provide utilities as needed for project completion. Any changes to project scope must be communicated in writing. You agree to maintain clear communication throughout the project and address any concerns promptly with our team.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work with warranties as specified in your service agreement. Warranty coverage applies to workmanship and may vary based on the type of service provided. Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and will be detailed in your agreement. Warranties do not cover damage from improper maintenance, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
BMT Beaumont Masonry maintains comprehensive liability insurance for all work performed. Our liability is limited to the direct costs of services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Claims must be submitted in writing within the timeframe specified in your service agreement. We maintain the right to inspect and remedy any claimed defects before liability is assessed.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary based on project stage and will be outlined in your service agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has commenced. Any refunds due will be processed within 30 days of approved cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of BMT Beaumont Masonry and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission. We may photograph completed projects for marketing purposes unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Jefferson County, Texas. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
